Bulk billing means Chrissy bills Medicare directly, so there is no out-of-pocket cost to you. To be eligible you need a valid Medicare card. Not all services are bulk billed and some have time limits — check the Services & Pricing page for full details.

The following services are bulk billed for eligible Medicare card holders:

  • Antenatal care
  • Private education classes (birth preparation & antenatal breastfeeding)
  • Postnatal home visits (first 7 weeks postnatal)
  • Lactation consults — in-home and telehealth (first 7 weeks postnatal)
  • After-hours telehealth lactation support (first 7 weeks postnatal)

Out-of-pocket fees apply after these periods. Contact Chrissy for current fee information.

You may be eligible for rebates on some services through your private health fund. Rebate entitlements vary between funds and levels of cover, so we recommend contacting your fund directly to confirm what you can claim before your appointment.
