Pregnancy is such an exciting time in a family’s life. As a mother of two and an Endorsed Midwife and Lactation Consultant I understand the importance of personalised antenatal care.

Antenatal care appointments with me go beyond just the clinical care of monitoring you and your baby’s well being. I will tailor your antenatal care to suit the needs and desires of you and your family. We will work together to develop a partnership based on evidence-based information sharing to plan your optimal pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Antenatal care with me will include the organisation of routine blood tests and ultrasounds if/when required as well as education and support on all things pregnancy, women’s health, preparation for birth and the transition into parenthood.

It is encouraged where possible for your partner and other children to be involved in appointments. As a private midwife I offer all of your antenatal care in the comfort of your own home (especially beneficial for families with small children). I offer my antenatal care to you as often as you like.

I am able to see you from conception to postpartum or I am very happy to work in partnership with your GP, Private Obstetrician or your birthing hospital. 

Antenatal visits in Banora Point, Terranora, Bilambil, Coolangatta and Kingscliff will be $65 with ~ $45 back from Medicare, depending on your safety net. 

Antenatal visits in surrounding areas will be $75 with~ $45 back from Medicare, depending on your safety net. 

If the majority of your antenatal care is with me, discounts for private birth preparation classes and bulk billed postnatal care are offered.
