Mindfulness – Journal

Practicing mindfulness can be a great way to elevate feelings of stress and anxiety throughout your pregnancy, and can be done from the comfort of your home. 

One practice I like doing is to once a day write my ‘highs’ and ‘lows’ into a journal.

You don’t have to write a lot – just a few words. Write about a positive thing you have experienced for the day and something negative that you have been replaying in your mind. By physically writing your thoughts down on paper. It can help you overcome feelings of anxiety and will become a great reflection piece to look back on a few months down the track.
