Ingredients

1 banana

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choosing)

1/3 cup rolled oats*

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp brewer’s yeast*

1 tbsp flax seeds*

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp[ cinnamon

Toss ingredients in a blender and top with crushed ice. Blend well!!!
